Speaking of Compaq laptop battery, most of users will associate it HP. Indeed, it has become a member of HP for nearly 9 years. However, for always keeping a low profile, many users don’t know clearly about its glorious past.

Compaq was established in 1982 by three senior managers from Texas Instruments Inc. In early times, Compaq had helped IBM to have its first section of PC portable computer which was said to be an ancestor of laptop. From then on, many laptop accessories of IBM were provided by Compaq.

Indeed, the quality and performance of Compaq laptop battery is of world-class level. It is believable that nearly no one can be compared to it. Although it has a history of only twenty-odd years, its achievement is very notable, which is really a miracle in laptop industry. However, it didn’t leave me a deep depression for its low profile.

As for Compaq Evo laptop battery, it is an accessory of Compaq high-end business series. At that time, for many businessmen, they prefer it to IBM T series, which is not only for its high performance but for its humanity design as well. Whatever, users can only feel the benefits after using.

In 2002, Compaq laptop battery was officially become a new HP laptop battery. Many people might think it is about the failure of Compaq in acquisition of DEC. In fact, it was the excellent service that made HP to surpass IBM in only a few years. Before consolidation, HP was always poor in its maintenance, after-sale service and consulting.

Although Compaq is not so good in business strategy, we just can’t help to consider it a silent contributor in the market. Without it, maybe we won’t have such a good performance laptop computer and accessories.

Nowadays, many laptop manufacturers come to pay more attention to the additional functions and the appearance than the quality of laptop accessories, which allows the compatible suppliers our opponents. The compatible compaq laptop battery becomes more popular than that from the original hp manufacturers.

To gain more market share, the compatible suppliers have researched the performance of laptop accessories from various sources. Compared to attract more attention from the market, they attach more importance to user experience. Therefore, it is hard to judge and to distinguish one from another.

Efficiency and sincerity

Since the outbreak of hp laptop battery problems, hp suffered from the largest crisis in 2010. In prospection of development, it is dangerous for enterprises to neglect customer interests.

When Mark Hurd took over as the CEO of hp in 2005, he had talked with management of layer about how to build a perfect company in five years. He also said that every dime paid by hp would be checked carefully. Several years after that, Hurd really gained success while hp Back at number one in PC computer. However, soon after, the accident emerged again.

Compaq was taken over by hp in 2002, which had brought tremendous benefits to hp. However, as is seen from the recalling list, compaq laptop battery is also in it. As a victim of cascade effect, Compaq also faced severe difficulty at the same time.

Whether this crisis of hp is caused by cost saving policy or not, the cost and profit really have laid great pressure on hp under the circumstance of market competition.

Since 2007, many quality problems have been put forward by users, including grainy screen, overheat video card and nearly 40 models involved. On July of 2008, the provider of hp accessories, Nvidia, admitted that some video cards were of poor quality and had paid personal-computer makers to solve the problems.

Out of the consideration of cost control, many laptop manufacturers farm out the after-sale service to the related providers. However, as to customers, the quality of service is closely related to the brand image. Extending the warranty of laptop battery or replacing the hp adapter will both cost them a lot.

With the development of information technology, customers come to be more intelligent. For them, the service has been an important part of the product value.

Several weeks ago, it has announced the news about hp laptop battery recalling. From then on, the quality of hp laptop has been doubted by users. It is reported that hp begins to lay off employees for this reason.

As is claimed by hp, if your laptop battery occurs to be in the recalling list, a free replacement battery will be provided. The list can be found in the hp official website. Besides, you can just call the customer service for it. But if you are really in an emergency, why don’t you consider to buy a new compatible laptop battery?

For all laptop brands, it is unavoidable to meet with the damage even if rebound is odds small. If it happens to be in the period of warranty, it can be repaired by free. Or else, like hp laptop battery recalling, it is the damage in large numbers of batteries that makes the problem solved directly.

No matter it is a hp laptop battery or a compaq laptop battery, we suggest that you can buy a compatible one of high capacity. First of all, it takes much time to repair. That means that you can only use the ac adapter during this period. Even if a free replacement can be offered, it is still ineluctable to meet with an ill one. Therefore, you can buy a compatible laptop battery of a higher capacity. Although the output current comes to be higher than the former, it is unnecessary to worry about its safety while it will help you to optimize the system.

Have you ever expected that many problems of accessories are caused by the heat dissipation. Especially when many programs are running in the laptop, a battery of dominant value won’t provide enough power to them. At this moment, a higher capacity laptop battery or ac adapter seem to be better.

Furthermore, you can also buy a new hp laptop ac adapter. Normally, the adapter provides th power energy to both the battery cells and the protection circuit. In a word, the laptop is so complex that it cannot just be considered to be of a poor quality if it occurs to be damaged.
